Equase Invest is operated by Claudio Roberto das Flores ("Equase Invest", "we", "us"). These policies explain the terms of your use of the platform, how refunds work, and how we handle your personal data.

Equase Invest is an online investment education platform owned and operated by Claudio Roberto das Flores, trading as Equase Invest. When you create an account or purchase access, you are entering into an agreement with Claudio Roberto das Flores.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise continuing to use Equase Invest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You confirm you are of legal age in your country and, if you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
Equase Invest provides educational courses, lessons, quizzes, progress tracking and a virtual investment simulator. Access is granted through a Premium subscription or a one-time access package, according to the plan you select. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own personal learning within the plan you purchased.
You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate account information.
All software, course content, documentation, design and branding within Equase Invest remain the property of Claudio Roberto das Flores or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Where you submit content (for example feedback or notes), you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely in order to provide the service.
We work to keep Equase Invest available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays. We may update, change or discontinue features to improve quality and safety.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may be adjusted at checkout for local taxes, which Paddle collects and remits. Equase Invest Premium is billed annually and renews automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled. One-time access packages are charged once and do not renew.
Cancellation. You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time before the next renewal date, either from the My Account page inside Equase Invest or through the Paddle receipt link sent to your email (paddle.net). Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. On termination your access to paid content ends; you may request an export or deletion of your account data within 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for any investment losses you may incur. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where that exclusion is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
Equase Invest is an educational product only. Content is general and educational in nature; it is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. All investment decisions are your own responsibility.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the courts of the seller's domicile have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms and will publish the revised version on this page.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Equase Invest Premium or a one-time access package, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at hello@equaseinvest.com and we will assist you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling an annual subscription stops future renewals and can be done at any time from the My Account page or via your Paddle receipt. Refund requests for renewals made within 30 days of the renewal charge are handled under the same guarantee. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to all orders.
Equase Invest is operated by Claudio Roberto das Flores, trading as Equase Invest. We act as the data controller for the personal data described below and decide how and why it is processed. You can reach us at hello@equaseinvest.com.
We do not sell your personal data.
Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
We keep account and learning data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 12 months after closure to handle disputes and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Records required for tax and accounting are retained for the period required by law.
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@equaseinvest.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, row-level access controls and restricted administrative access, to protect your data.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences; these are required for the service to work. Any analytics cookies are used only to understand aggregate product usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though essential cookies are needed to sign in.
Equase Invest provides educational content and simulation tools only. Nothing on this platform is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any asset. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
The Investment Simulator uses virtual money only. Market data, news feeds, and example portfolios shown inside Equase Invest are for learning purposes and may be delayed, simplified, or synthetic.
Certificates issued by Equase Invest represent course completion within the platform and are not professional investment licenses or regulated financial certifications.
